Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund window

As this is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are available only within a short window after purchase:

• Monthly plan: you may request a full refund within 2 hours of your purchase.
• Annual plan: you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase.

After the applicable window has passed, the purchase is non-refundable, because you have been granted access to the digital content.

AI credit top-ups. Credit packs are a consumable, pay-as-you-go add-on delivered to your account instantly, and are therefore non-refundableonce purchased — except in the duplicate-charge or technical-error cases in section 5. Unused credits do not expire.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, email us at brahmanprabha@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with:

• your registered name and email;
• the plan you purchased (monthly or annual);
• the Razorpay payment / order reference ID; and
• the reason for the refund (optional, but helpful).

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, the refund is typically credited within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop it from renewing. Cancellation prevents future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling after the refund window does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.

5. Exceptions (always refundable)

Regardless of the windows above, we will issue a full refund if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment); or
• a technical error on our side prevented you from receiving the access you paid for and we are unable to resolve it.

Please report such issues promptly so we can investigate and make it right.
