cortexlearnupsc sells digital products and services only — AI usage allowances and AI credits, used inside your account on our website and app. The learning content itself is free with a registered account and is not sold. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges apply.

1. Digital delivery

When you buy a plan or a credit top-up, the AI allowance or credit balance is applied electronically to your registered cortexlearnupsc account. There is nothing to ship and no delivery address is required.

2. Delivery timeline

Your allowance is raised instantly on successful payment — in almost all cases within a few minutes. In the rare event of a processing delay, it will be applied within 24 hours of a confirmed payment.

3. If your allowance doesn’t appear

If your payment has succeeded but your account still shows the old allowance, please first sign out and sign back in to refresh it. If the problem persists, contact us at support@cortexdesk.in or 04652-227811 with your payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Shipping charges

As all products are digital, no shipping or handling charges are levied.
