cortexlearnupsc sells digital products and services only — online access to learning content. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges apply.
1. Digital delivery
When you purchase a paid plan, access is delivered electronically to your registered cortexlearnupsc account. There is nothing to ship and no delivery address is required.
2. Delivery timeline
Access is activated instantly on successful payment — in almost all cases within a few minutes. In the rare event of a processing delay, access will be activated within 24 hours of a confirmed payment.
3. If you don’t receive access
If your payment has succeeded but you cannot access your plan, please first sign out and sign back in to refresh your account. If the problem persists, contact us at brahmanprabha@gmail.com or +91 63807 84140 with your payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Shipping charges
As all products are digital, no shipping or handling charges are levied.
